VICKY FALSO

Vicky helps lead the day-to-day operations of Line Dancing Queens, working alongside Molly to bring the brand’s events and business to life. She manages communication with venues, partners, and clients, oversees financial and administrative responsibilities, coordinates event details, and helps keep LDQ running smoothly behind the scenes.

As a Lead Instructor, Vicky teaches alongside Molly at weekly nights, private events, and special appearances, helping beginners learn line dancing while creating the welcoming, energetic atmosphere that defines LDQ.

Vicky works closely with Molly across the business, sharing responsibility for event planning and execution, partnerships, content, community engagement, teaching, and the many moving pieces behind each LDQ experience. Her role combines operations, communication, organization, and hands-on event leadership with the same collaborative spirit that drives the brand.

As Co-Founder of LDQ, Vicky plays an integral role in the company’s growth and day-to-day direction. Whether she is coordinating behind the scenes, managing business communication and finances, teaching on the dance floor, or helping bring an event to life, she helps make every LDQ experience organized, welcoming, and connected to the community.
