QUEEN VICKY

Vicky serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Line Dancing Queens, playing a central leadership role in the brand’s growth and day-to-day operations. She oversees event planning, partnership development, and financial tracking — ensuring the smooth execution and sustainable expansion of LDQ’s weekly line dancing nights.

Since joining early in the brand’s evolution, Vicky has been instrumental in building strong relationships with venue partners and local bar managers, while also co-teaching classes, helping shape marketing efforts, and collaborating closely with Founder & CEO Molly on brand strategy.

Known for her warm, approachable energy, Vicky excels at building community in person. Her leadership in operations, logistics, and team coordination has helped shape the business infrastructure that supports LDQ’s expanding presence in Boston’s vibrant social dance scene. She now also helps lead the coordination of a wide range of events, including private events and lessons.
