The Beginning: Dancing With Friends
Line Dancing Queens (LDQ) was founded in 2023 by Molly, after she and her friends—including fellow Queen Vicky—fell in love with line dancing on nights out in Boston. What started as something fun quickly grew when Molly began filming their dances and sharing them on TikTok and Instagram.
As their videos gained traction, the original group—the Queens—built a following of women drawn to the energy, friendship, and fun. Before long, they were being recognized at line dance nights across Boston, turning a college hobby into a growing community.
From the start, LDQ has been friendship-first and fun-driven—led by Boston’s urban cowgirls.

Growing Beyond the Screen
As the digital community flourished, Molly and Vicky decided to bring LDQ offline. By 2025, the Boston line dance scene had grown so much that they launched weekly bar nights, private lessons, and special events, turning LDQ into a real-life experience.
Now, Molly and Vicky co-lead every event—DJing, teaching, and celebrating line dancing, confidence, and friendship in person—while the original squad continues to appear in online content as the Queens who inspired the movement.
Today, Molly still manages all online content, posting, and growth strategy, keeping the LDQ digital universe thriving every day.

Today, Line Dancing Queens is both a digital platform and a live community. The original squad continues to appear in content, while a vibrant community of dancers across Boston and New England keeps growing every day.
But LDQ is more than just dance—it’s about friendship, fun, and community. Whether you’re joining us on the dance floor, watching tutorials from home, or following along online, you’re part of a community built on confidence, friendship, and fun.
We host weekly events at McCarthy’s in Cambridge, along with monthly and special events throughout Boston. From beginners to advanced dancers, everyone can join in through lessons, events, and private coaching.
Led by Molly and Vicky LDQ continues to grow as a celebration of confidence, friendship, and community.
